✔ 1-Year Standard Warranty on All Machines

All machines sold under the Riddhish brand come with a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
 

What the Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects

• Functional faults that occur under normal usage

• Mechanical or technical issues not caused by misuse
   

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

• Damage due to mishandling, improper usage, or unauthorized repair

• Wear-and-tear components (belts, blades, filters, tyres, etc.)

• Electrical damage caused by unstable power sources

• Damage due to accidents, natural disasters, or environmental conditions
   

✔ Free Service During Warranty Period

If your machine requires service within the warranty period:

• Service labour charges are fully waived.

• You pay ₹0 labour cost for servicing during warranty.

• Only consumables or non-warranty parts (if required) will be chargeable.

We ensure fast and reliable service support through our technician network and authorised dealers across India.

Riddhish Import & Export does not offer refunds or machine replacements for any machine once it has been delivered and handed over to the customer or dealer.

This policy exists because agricultural machines require field usage, and many issues can be resolved through servicing rather than replacement.
